Conscious Thinking

Think Consciously. Did you know that thinking is a cellular experience? It is! Slow down. Notice what you think about today, observe the physical experience, and how you feel during the thought process. Realize that those thoughts come through ever part of you. Your body adjusts, your skin slowly shifts, the thoughts feelings and emotions begin to project off of your face expression, your posture changes, and the thought energy emits out into your life.┬áThe people around you can SEE your emotions. They can even FEEL your thoughts. I’m not saying this to scare you, just observe the vibrations of the thoughts within you and notice how they begin to resonate into the world. If a negative thought comes in, perhaps your awareness has woken and upon this observation you can think something more optimistic. You choose. Know that really good thoughts “shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
